S	Sam Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The small guy(east Indian) need costumer service lesson. He give me a cue to come in the counter but doesn't have eye contact or words to start the conversation, and keep typing in the computer. If he is not ready then he can said wait for a moment before having me in the counter. He also tell me that I can do my business by calling the hotline number rather than going to the bank but in the end he said he can do it by his self. He should first appreciate a person going personally to the bank to have transaction and after you serve the costumer you should then give them options nextime for convenience. Rica/Raika is far better than him.

I had a very bad experience at the Sunridge location prior to going here. She just made everything so easy for me! I hope she is reading this and knows that she made my day much brighter, simply by depositing my pay cheque for me. Thank you :)

B	Bill Cody on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called ATB today to ask for an extension on a few NSF fees because I've fallen behind on my bills. ATB made good on their advertising, their representative listened. She agreed that times are difficult and related with me, it was a nice conversation. When she was done listening she informed me that nothing could be done for the $45 NSF fee all ready charged as well as another $90 in NSF fees which will be charged tonight "around supper time". She did however offer a solution, more ATB lending options. The "best option" for me was a $500 overdraft allowance at almost 19% interest. So, here I am, another $500 behind, owed to ATB, who listens but doesn't $#&@ing care. I will get back ahead, not with any help from ATB, and when I do I plan to close any "product" I have with them and move to a lending institution with a more customer forward attitude, not just advertising.

I opened my business and personal accounts with them during 2020. I am glad to have Gracia Llovia as my personal and business banker. I found ATB very much supportive for the growth of business organizations.

Later, I was assisted by the advisor Sumit Gupta with a great customer oriented mindset. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. If I could give them more than five stars for their great service, I would. ?

Although I have signed-up in a bank before moving here, the credit line given to me was very limited. Good thing I checked ATB financial and got assisted by Ms Grace. Llovia. She is truly remarkable. She understood my needs and even, educated me on financial growth and how to plan on them as early as now. She even processed my account to a better credit package.
