★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a positive experience with this branch. The first time I was referred by the call Center to visit this branch to open an NRI account. Nitish was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping me open an NRI account from start to end. He was very upfront and clear about the requirements so the things gets done in one appointment itself. Which doesn’t happen with any Indian bank as they make you visit multiple times to get even the easier things done. ICICI Calgary Cares for their clients, thank you for that. Suggestions, I would give the management is to know what your competitor banks in Canada are offering and come up with more competitive products, and set up an easier way to schedule appointments.

This branch service level has significantly improved with the new team and leadership. The staff and even the branch manager were friendly and appreciated the feedback. The staff are super friendly and helpful while being professional. They helped in open new accounts very quickly and provided valuable tips and advise on the right accounts that are needed and best way to conduct money transfers and investments in India.
Additionally they helped in getting best exchange rates for money transfers.
Overall I received the same high quality services from the staff in Calgary branch for which ICICI is renowned worldwide.
ICICI Calgary branch staff made us feel at home every time we visited the branch and are always super helpful.and friendly.
