Super slow staff working. They seem to be enjoying us waiting in line. I mean this stuff shouldn’t take this long, when you are only allowing 4 people at a time! The wait is ridiculous!

The doors to the ATM are locked . They are not open weekends . The hours do not make sense as most people with money have jobs till 5 pm . This entire company needs to either shut down or find a real solution. Even Brooklyn us has ATMs open 24 /7

Worst experience!! They do not even deserve a single star. Today I have a appointment with AFTAB AHMED. I was five minutes earlier for my appointment but even after past twenty minutes of my appointment he didn’t even acknowledge me as he was still busy with his previous customer . I got it that u r busy with that client but it’s ur job to make sure that u inform the other person that u r running late for appointment. These people always expect us to call them before if we want to cancel an appointment but they will make u wait for hours. No wonder this location is going downhill.????????

Never ever open account in Scotia Bank. I am having a Business Account for last 3 years. In 3 yrs I change 3 Banches and 4 Business Advisors but each one is more worst then each other. They will never pick your call or reply your voicemails or emails. Even I send a mail to the manager and never get reply from her even. For just a small quiery I waited for 15 days even after calling or mailing them every day. I hope I can complaint to the higher authorities. If they guys can't even handle or maintain their business customers then how can they handle personal accounts.

Worst experience ever. 0 stars. They need to work on their social customer skills and ACTUALLY help customers. Bank manager is extremely rude and the staff is just as useless. Scotia needs to do something about this and make a better change. Due to my experience, I'll be changing banks.
