★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t like this place at all ! I literally got told my nails would be $55 and my nails look so cheap like $40 and my bill was $73! If I wanted to pay $73 I would have went to a classy place very disappointed I wish the manager sees this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This nail studio is a hit or miss. Sometimes the staff are so friendly and do an amazing job. There are a few ladies that I like to go to, but sometimes I get ladies who are not careful and file the nails too short or awkward shapes. They also charge more for services that you may not need make sure to ask first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here three times to get my nails done. I've had a different technician each time, but they were all professional and friendly. They were able to do each design that I wanted. The studio is clean and the prices are affordable. I strongly recommend coming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst! Went in for a refill and walked out with my nails looking like a 5 year did them , bad experience from the start . What got to me is they were expecting for payment and when I refused they starting talking in their language , finally they agree and let me walk out . I have been doing my nails for over 5 years I think this is the first time anyone has done such a horrible job , I don't think the lady knows what she is doing anyways if you want to give away your money and walk out with a bad nail job then this is your spot ! I think my 6 year old would do a better job
And it took her 2 hrs to do this refill , waste of my time and I know the lady has no experience at doing nails !! When I asked for a manager they pretend they can't hear you .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I had an amazing pedicure experience. Feels like my Vietnam experience. The ladies here are experienced and take the utmost care. They also do a sugar scrub and hot stones at the end of the pedicure session! Above and beyond any other nail salons in the city. Reasonably priced!

I booked an appointment for powder nails, the assigned lady was not at all experienced/skilled , it took her 2 hours to do the nails, and for the nail art she tried multiple times and wiped it every time with her fingers as she could not copy the design, the nails were not even filed properly(every nail has a different shape now) and because of uneven powder spread, multiple color coats It's looking ugly and very thick. I have to go to another nail studio just to get it removed.
After 2 hours it was time for my feet nails and the manager decided to take walkin clients and asked me to wait further. I obviously dint get my feet nails done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my nails done Two weeks ago week in and to get 2 nails fixed because they didn’t even file my nails to put my new set on and now I have Majority of my nails popping off from the tip because there not connected to my nails anymore, and they want to charge me $10 per Nail when I just got this done two weeks ago so clearly their products are not very good and every time I go in there somebody in there getting their nail fixed so what does that tell you. There money hungry so bad that they have horrible customer service will not be returning so I can be Ridiculed in their language.
