★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal. Extremely unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Hard to believe they have any customer base, but I guess it's the only copy place in Sidney. I think this is my only 1 star review ever. Would not recommend.

Walked down the street to Island Blue Printing, in and out in 5 minutes. Exactly as it should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say I was Shocked after visiting the Monk Office in Sidney today. I am a Senior and need to get a 1 page Black and White bank document printed and scanned. The person at the desk was very unfriendly and told me the cost would be $10.00. That is an outrageous price to charge for printing and scanning 1 word document page. In any case I will not be going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most unfortunate encounter with a female employee whose name starts with "P". Not only was she extremely unfriendly, but she snapped at us when we politely asked for a bag citing that "this is a copier place, what did we expect?" and that "we could have brought our own bags". Sadly, this is not the first unfriendly encounter with her, although it will certainly be our last. To the owners/managers, you may want to look into additional customer service training for staff...

They have parking lot behind the building , if you can not find parking space along the street . Almost time for back to school sale , strongly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for back to school sale !
