★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to phone the Sidney post office to inquire about a postal box rental. After a 3 level phone tree I ended up talking to someone out east with a strong East Indian accent I couldn't understand. After realizing he couldn't understand English, I had to hang up. Very frustrating !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get an email this morning December/ 03/ 2020 stating that the mail was attempted but couldn't be completed as delivered... so I track my package and get all these fancy numbers... even talked to an agent in customer service and get explained the numbers again... alright that wasn't bad. Then I find out I have to pay a charge for an incomplete delivery????????? excuse me... why do I have an almost additional 30$ when I already paid for everything else? If I had known the package was going through Canada Post I wouldn't even have dealt with this, by far the worst mailing experience I have ever encountered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ definitely the best and friendliest Canada Post staff I've ever met. my wife and I went totally unprepared, late with our Xmas presents shipping all the way to Hamilton, Ontario, but the guy and the girl running the office supported us so much I couldn't believe it. I'd wish more people would pay postal workers the respect they deserve considering the tough job they have dealing with dozens of grumpy customers a day. thanks for all your help & Happy Holidays from your Mayne island friends!!!!
