Wendy proceeded to provide me with information that was both inaccurate and incomplete. Professionally and ethically speaking, she should have declared that she is not competent in this area. Thankfully I sensed things weren't right because what she was saying was so bizarrely different from what I had read/understood before our meeting. I sought a second opinion from someone with the proper knowledge and experience, and the issue was fixed within 24 hours with no cost. Wendy sent me a long email after our consultation and told me it would take weeks (and of course a lot of money). Wendy still charged me over $400 for a half hour phone call. I reluctantly paid, but at least I avoided entering into a situation that would have been much more costly and put my family at risk. On top of that, she was really rude and uncaring. A very negative experience overall and we will never seek or recommend legal services from Wendy or anyone affiliated with her.
