★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to get information, I found the person I spoke with, very rude, and not helpful at all, and they spoke too fast, to really understand what was being said. I was thinking about going there, then decided against it. I did not feel like they really wanted to talk to me.

You took this job knowing very well you would be dealing with customers on a regular basis, it's a CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB!!!! If you can't deal with people everyday, then find another job!!!!!

payments on my loan. they were very patient with me and I thank them very much for being patient. I would recommend moneytree to my friends and family for any loans or payday loans. thank you once again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY RUDE. SHORT HAIRED BLONDE WOMAN HAS A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The brunette was nice and helpful until the bigger blonde woman starts finding the most ridiculous things and doesn’t understand banking at all, talks over you, won’t let you speak and rolls her eyes all while you’re simply explaining things. “I WORKED AT A BANK I SHOULD KNOW” she yells. I was polite both times she requested ridiculous things be changed. After having every piece of correct information needed, due to her own principles and morals she did not want to be proved wrong and just pushed the paper work back under the glass. DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. If that were an employee of mine she would’ve been FIRED immediately. Would NEVER recommend.

Ive cashed a cheque there in the past, today I went after work and the lady told me she couldn't cash my cheque cause "head office closed my file" .. umm okay? I had proper I.d proper cheque not even opened or anything. SHE WAS JUST TO LAZY TO MAKE ME A NEW FILE..... super super rude too. I'm surprised she hasn't been fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went back to that place and kept coming to get another chance however I did got that but Janet changed her mind and wouldn’t helped me at all. I gave her all the documentation that she told me to get her however it’s not good enough for her business. She wouldn’t listen to anything. She’s rude and the policy of “done burrowing” is a stupid policy to have. Money tree needs a new policy. Janet shouldn’t be working at that place and says she cares and wanna help their customers but clearly she just want to refuse and not listen. I like the other employee and she’s very understandable and listens to anyone.
