★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for 24mins in line.. and waited for 30mins processing.. and yet the money didnt received in time.. after 2 days the money still not there.. and when i came in the store to ask western said its 3-5business days.. which is supposed to be inform it to the client or customer before you process it.. what if the money is for emergency and need it right away.. at least if agent inform me that its 3-5 business days process i will cancel or i will choose the in minutes process.. if there is a 0 star or below in this rate.. i will give that based in my experience 2 days ago
