★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this place. They do not respond back to you. I wanted to add something on my insurance and I emailed them what they asked me for, I didn’t get any reply for a week and at last I went to the place to see if they added the document but I found out they didn’t even opened up the email. The lady said they will make sure it gets done and I told her that I will need a confirmation please and other staff lady had the audacity to say I was being rude (where as they are the ones not doing their job). I get an email that I’m missing a document, if the staff person mentioned it in the first email than I would have sent it together. I got the document next day and emailed the person back with it but I haven’t heard for anyone ever since and it’s almost going to be another week now. They are so irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful team. They saved us right before our possesion date when other broker ruined everything. Special thanks to ‘shalu sardana’. She was very nice and helpful. She quickly overtake as a new broker and we got the key next day. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ran in about 30min before closing (I didn't realize my truck insurance had lapsed right before Xmas). Person at the counter was friendly and professional. Explained the MPI insurance changes, went over my coverage and answered my questions. Was a quick and easy process.
