★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never bothered to write a review about anywhere but this place i made an exception. The women working there are horribly ignorant when it comes to mpi. Brought them my passed motorcycle licence papers was told "I've never seen this before I can't help you". Brought it to mpi (on gateway) no problems. Was told on another occasion that I needed the "sellers" copy of a safty (pink section of the three) to insure a bought vehicle. When I had the other two (white/yellow). Again just went to mpi after, no problems. If this place tells you one thing, I highly recommend bringing somewhere else because it's probably the opposite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever! Drove 14 hours from Calgary for a customer and was told to leave and go back to Calgary to get more info ... After bringing all the proper information needed? Went to MPIC head office and was helped out properly without question! Highly recommend just going to MPIC head office as this Ranger insurance is very difficult to deal with (and I work for a car dealership so I know what I'm talking about)
