L	Lenna Bk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever service! They don't bring your parcel to the door, even you have paid a lot of money for shipping! Moreover, the delivery guy is used to lie by saying and assuming that nobody was home!

H	Hartmut W Sager on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Canada Post (PharmaPlus/Rexall) outlet has been my favourite since about 2004 (over 8 years!). They are consistently pleasant to deal with. I've shipped out a lot of eBay parcels through this outlet. I've also had to pick up many items over the years at this outlet, when delivery has been attempted in my absence, and there too, they've been consistently pleasant and very helpful. I wish the official Canada Post site had a rating system - I'd promptly give the folks at this outlet an A+.
J	Jay Bal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ REALLY DISAPPOINTED. Courier staff doesn’t even bother to deliver the package. They just leave the Recipient away note on the main door of my apartment building. Called them and staff was so rude.

V	Virginia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. They never have more than 1 person working at a time and are super slow. Last time I was there I waiting 30 minutes as the 4th person in line. By the time I left there were 9 people behind me, so who knows how long they had to wait. The staff member actually took a break from serving customers (while there were 6+ people in line) to sort mail/packages for a while. I get that's part of your job, but in every service role I've ever had if there's a customer that becomes your priority. There were two other workers going in and out of the post office area, but they did not serve any customers. Staff are way friendlier, quicker, and more helpful at the post office in McIvor mall, so I go out of my way to have packages sent there.
M	Monty K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy staff, 2 girls were gossiping about nothing for 5 minutes while I waited in front of them to get my package. This was my second attempt to pick it up at this location. Instead of checking if my package was physically there they told me it wasn't. I checked at home 10 minutes later and they had scanned my package and now it was available for pick up.. Very poor service.
