if I could give 0 stars I would. Not convenient for people that work Monday - Friday, unfortunately now I have to go to a different bank. I know I'm not the only one in this situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank manager will not make any effort to trace a stolen, unsigned cheque which was cashed at this bank location, and will send you on your way saying "have a good rest of your day". Complicit in fraud, probably friends with the person(s) who pickpocketed my belongings and initiated the transaction. Not willing to try to help AT ALL, puts on a smile as her garbage attempt to diffuse the situation and says that there are "far too many cheques that are deposited for anyone to look at all of them". Be willing to waste your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service reps are not helpful at all aside from one young woman. The others have failed to book appointments, been combative when asked for basic information. Accountant refused to look at paperwork when applying for a mortgage. Overall would not recommend this branch.
