★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My rating is actually 0 stars. The woman I spoke to was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Laughed at one part of my credit report. Truly embarrassed me when I thought she would be able to help me out. I’ve read so many bad reviews but I thought I would try them out and see if they could help me. Now I know why people do not like this place. They are rude on the phone.
Did not like my experience one bit. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF GOING WITH THIS COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say good value because interest rates are astounding. My visa credit offers me 8% compared to your 29.99%. Unfortunately money was needed imideantly so I called on you. Karen from McPhillips st in Winnipeg was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. She deserves full marks. Thank you Karen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to ask why I had an extra $100 bill on my account, told me not to worry about it so I went on my business. Fast forward a few months I get call from these guys telling me I am $100 behind, I told them what happened and they proceeded to explain to me nothing and kept saying I had to pay the $100. Which I was okay with, if the person I was talking to wasn't shouting at me. Overall this was the worst experience hope no one else had to experience it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been struggling to make payments on time due to money issues and had a very humiliating conversation with the advisor I was dealing with. I explained myself to her and she asked what happened, then proceeded to ask why my call was directed to her. I figured since she was the one I was dealing with it would only make sense to come to her. Instead I was ridiculed because I couldn’t make a “small payment” and urged that I make a payment as soon as possible. I get it, I KNOW I am behind. I’m upset and frustrated that she approached the way she did. It was insensitive and regret going through with this loan if that’s how clients are being treated.
