★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service EVER. I went in to get a quote on a single load of laundry because all the machines where taken in my building. I was told by the lady it is 1.50 a pound. So I left my clothing with them to get it done. When I return the next day and am ready to pay, some how my single load of laundry at 1.50 a pound ended up being 15+$!!! And why? Because when I asked for their prices they neglected to mention there was a 15$ minimum. Scam much? HOW COULD I KNOW THIS IF THEY DO NOT TELL ME THIS WHEN I STRAIGHT UP ASKED THEM. It is not written anywhere in the store either. So I would not suggest this place to anyone else. When I tried talking to the "manager" about all this he was very hostile and refused to listen. EVEN AFTER his employee told him she quoted me at 1.50$ and never told me about the minimum. Then when I got upset about this he started to call me a racist when I did not even say anything racist to him!! Worst dry cleaners ever. DO NOT GO HERE, and if you do tell them to be honest with you the first time.
*EDIT* After looking up the other stores these people own, I realize I was not the only one treated this way. It seems all of their stores are the exact same when it comes to professionalism. Which would be ZERO professionalism. Hire ignorant employee's and management and this chain of dry cleaners is what you end up with. HAVE NOT SEEN ONE GOOD REVIEW ON THIS PEOPLE AT ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS.
And it says I gave them 2 stars, but I just can't change it. I ment to put 1 - 0 Stars on the rating of this place. AS IT IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very pleasant experience here with great customer service from Eva. I had a beige denim jacket that had grass stains and was unsure whether to have it washed or dry cleaned. Eva let me know that their might be a risk of bleeding of colours from inside the jacket coming through but double checked with her boss before making the decision to wash it and called me to let me know. Very professional and turned out perfect.
