★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in Vancouver for a wedding and dropped my suit off to be cleaned. I picked my stuff up and it was wrapped in the clear plastic bag they usually are in and headed right to Whistler for the wedding. When it came time to get ready I pulled my stuff out of the bag and my brand new suit pants had been swapped out for a random pair of VERY OLD pants that didn’t even have a button. I returned the pants that weren’t mine and was able to get my suit pants back. My outfit for this wedding was ruined as I had to scramble and borrow a pair or pants from someone else. I asked for a refund and was DENIED and the lady didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and ruining my suit for a wedding. Horrible customer service and she said it was MY FAULT for not checking in the plastic bag.
