First of all if you’re going to close at 5:30, not take anymore business put that in your hours and don’t keep the doors open until six. I’ve Used this tailor shop before. Today I walked in as the seamstress and other employee were about to leave. I stated I had a few things to be sawn on and they just kept walking out the door, giving me no time of day. I’m was in shock. Very rude and unprofessional. Will not be going back there. ?

Over and above- they provide great customer service. I'm writing this because of a recent incident where Shirtland completely blew me away. One week leading up to my wedding, my white belt was missing from my wedding outfit when I picked up my dry cleaning. Once I informed them of the lost item, they went into "how do I solve this fast" mode. After searching high and low for it, the owner Kevin took it upon himself to express ship the exact same garment from Ontario, take off the belt and personally deliver it to my work. Wow! I can attest to the fact that they NEVER loose anything and are very diligent with numbering everything- this was just a one off situation (they got flooded and the machine broke all in one week!). It's rare to see customer service like this these days so I really applaud them!! Thank you again Kevin for going above and beyond!

I was happy to see transparency, and honesty. One week later, and my items fit & look brand new for a good price. I'm extremely happy with my experience, and Josie was such a sweetheart :)
