I took a few items to the North Van location and wanted them available for the following day, ideally before my 2 PM meeting even though their usual return time is after 5 PM. Samantha made a note on my file requesting an earlier return and said the cleaners will do their best and that it's a possibility.
I got a call early in the morning the following day saying everything was ready for me to pick up! I appreciated their effort to accommodate me and was obviously pleased. They always do a great job!
Outstanding service. Quick. Quality.
I'd definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Unfortunately one of the button’s on my jacket was broken during the cleaning and not fixed. I called back and they rectified the button immediately and offered free services. Will definitely be continuing to use their services.

I did find that there was no item list to tick off on the website to show what you had sent to be dry cleaned or a price list to know what each item cost. I just had to wait to see what showed up on my credit card. Otherwise I would highly recommend Carousel Cleaners and thank you for the lovely gift that came with my clean clothes. Very nice touch!

Their customer service was so friendly and efficient from the time of calling to get an estimate to the time of receiving back our order, was so fast yet a superb job! Our ceiling to floor sheer curtains have never looked so white! Thank you!

Cam delivered an incredible job - better than I can ever imagine! I would highly recommend and trust Carousel Cleaners for all high end designer clothes, accessories and shoes.
