Plus 1 star for offering to fix it
Minus 1 star for "fixing" it (heads behind the counter and merely tucked the loose and frayed cord away in the wrong spot)
Minus 1 star for "fixing it again" (heads behind the counter again and merely tucks in loose and frayed cord into correct spot saying " here, it -looks- good as new")
Offered to have me leave it with him so he can "fix" it some more... No thanks. I think I'll just go home and "fix" or even fix it myself. Never mind that plus 1 star for his offer to fix it.
Asked for a refund, denied request..
Did not even offer coupon for future visit.
Extremely unsatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Busy Bee did an AMAZING job cleaning a sheepskin blanket that I have. It's a beautiful, vintage piece that my friend's dog peed on. I went to three other dry cleaners to see if they could clean it and they all said no. This Busy Bee took it and it's like new!!! I am so happy with their service. Thank you!!!
