★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the Bun Bo Hue and Pho and both were good. The Pho broth was rich and aromatic like a good beef broth should be.
The Bun Bo Hue broth was more on the subtle side and I think it lacked depth.
None the less a good meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove pretty far to come here to try their famous Bún Bò Huế. It didn't taste like Bún Bò Huế at all. I didn't taste the shrimp paste and lemongrass. The broth seem a little over salty side. Phở gà chiên was salty so the chicken over cook. The rolls were okay. Need to improve on customer service..... I don't think so I want to come back here....I am a little sad...????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a Sunday afternoon lunch. Service is standard and typical for these restaurants “flag” someone down if you need something otherwise they generally leave you be.
Ordered a #1 BÚN BÒ HUẾ, #3 PHỞ TÁI, #52. BÁNH LỌC TÔM THỊT & #60. BÒ TÁI CHANH
They were all decent and on par with the majority of other pho restaurants and definitely helps curb any “pho” cravings one would have.
Restaurant is spacious and there are many seats available. Overall, a decent restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family run authentic and delicious Vietnamese food. If you like steamed crepes and banana leaf rice, they have it here too. The pho soup is to my liking and great value. Lots of free parking in the alley and even out front where there used to be a bus stop. I will definitely come again anytime I'm in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing rice. Great broth for the pho. A must try and would recommend. It will be my go-to Viet place. The rice was amazing because it brought me back to another place in Ottawa with very similar taste. Doesn't have to be pretty, just taste great. Service isn't always the warmest, but that is usually a good indicator the food will be decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We definitely didn’t come for the service. It was Sunday night and there was only one server. She was extremely busy so had to keep reminding her for more tea, napkins, and rice paper.
My family wanted to try the beef 3 ways. The ingredients were fresh and the flavours were delicious especially the dipping sauce for the rolls. However the spring rolls was extremely salty and the skin was chewy.
The chicken wing were on the small side, had maybe 5 pieces but flavours were good. The bun Bo hue was good but it wasn’t the best I ever had. The steamed tapioca dumplings in banana leaf and beef sausages was probably my favourite out of it all.
