★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Mike from Moe’s was great! He was honest, trustworthy and affordable. I appreciated him answering all my questions at each stage of the repair process. I can feel quite vulnerable to being taken advantage of by repair professionals; I’ve heard so many stories! From my experience with Mike fixing my washer at such an affordable rate, I feel secure knowing I’ll be in good hands if any of my other appliance’s breakdown. No one wants to need a repairman but, if I do, it’s nice to know I have someone to call. For me, half the stress of a repair is finding someone qualified who isn’t also gouging. Mike’s that guy! He was also fully respectful of Covid protocols (wore a mask) & left his shoes at the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike has his hands full with managing a store as well as doing house calls. A little patience might be needed as he tries to fill several pairs of shoes at the same time. That said, you couldn’t ask for better service or prices. A real gem in the neighbourhood.
