★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modo Kildonan offers a beautiful, safe space to practice. As a new member and a beginner to yoga, it was reassuring when greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Each instructor brings a different energy making each class unique and rewarding. I have been coming for almost a month and absolutely love it and how I feel! I highly recommend Modo Kildonan to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always enjoy my time at Modo so much! I used to go to hot yoga classes at a large gym. The difference in the classes at this hot yoga studio is amazing. The staff are very polite, professional and so love the different teachers and styles. The studio is also beautiful and very clean.

The facilities are always clean which makes for a welcoming environment, and the fact they offer $5 classes on Fridays is amazing for anyone on a budget! In addition, all Modo staff are extremely friendly and helpful, you can’t go wrong in choosing to practice at Modo Yoga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking into the building greeted by wonderful people at the front desk put me at ease right away, even though I was still a bit nervous and intimidated with it being my first time in a hot yoga studio. I have to say I did go back and felt welcome everytime. In the studio the instructors make you feel good, strong and put you in the mindset that it is your practice and you do as you need with guidance and without being judged. They are very open with questions you may have after your session in order to make the next one even better. All instructors have been great so far. The facility itself is good, lots of lockers, few showers and hair dryers provided if needed. It is aways clean and there is lots of parking available. Also online booking for each session online is an added bonus. I love it, easy and accessible at all times. I will definitely be continuing my yoga journey with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was new to hot yoga and was not expecting to really enjoy it when I signed up for my first class at Modo Yoga. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it! The instructors are fantastic, and I love the variety of different classes and class times available. I go two to three times a week now and am definitely hooked!
Addendum: 15 classes in and still going strong! Love, love this place. I would go every day if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At Modo Yoga the staff are inviting, helpful and always welcome me to class with a smile. There are a variety of classes offered through out the day. There are also several different instructors who lead various classes. All of them bring their own personality to their professionally run practice. The facility is clean and well run. There are mats and towels available if you are not able to bring your own. There are showers and lockers available. The classes are well run and make all people (despite how established they are in their practice) feel welcome and supported.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modo Kildonan if my favourite I have been coming here for years off and on. I am missing hot yoga lots right now, I frequently only attended hot yoga from October-April as this is when I find I need it the most. Can't wait till you re open again so I can get back into the studio. The teachers there are all amazing, I feel very safe and secure when I am attending a class. Can't wait to further my practice in the New Year!
