★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarah Fran was so amazing and so beautiful. She was DOWN BAD too. A bad b*tch for sure. Give her a raise !!!!! She was so quick and efficient and funny and professional and recommends new menu items every time I’m there. Any restaurant would be so lucky to have her as a server

As always the draft beer is served at the perfect temperature. I ordered my usual Jambalaya fettuccine. It was the worst I've ever experienced from this franchise. Must have a new manager with the new renos. Undercooked , cold, and watery. Progress I'm guessing. I did go on a Friday which was my mistake ... they were busy but I was in the mood for a beer... I'm thinking I'm no longer the demographic they are after. (55+)
That's life... We went to a restaurant next door on Thursday it was a completely positive experience there. I will go there now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good; the service was pretty good. The absolute deal breaker and the reason we will never go to this restaurant again, is that it was dirty: finger prints and smears on glass and reflective surfaces everywhere; food and utensils on the floor, dirty material on the booth seats, overflowing garbage in the bathroom, etc. These are only the obvious things; can't imagine the dirt that is not immediately obvious. BTW this was in mid-afternoon with very few customers. Some of the dirt was clearly long-standing, not just a temporary staff problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a good experience with good food. Taken and treated to a perogy pizza (my favorite) as a first date for this visit. Waiting staff was attentive and friendly as always. It's not fine dining, but great food, pub snacks, and options for restaurant or lounge setting is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my last outing at Boston Pizza, our server Andee provided exemplary service. She was friendly & went above and beyond. And was super accommodating towards my gluten allergy. Andee provided outstanding customer service and made sure we left satisfied with our Boston Pizza experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order for pickup last nigh from the Regent Avenue location. Ordered the Honey Dill Fried Chicken Sandwich, I have ordered this sandwich many times and it’s usually great. This time the chicken piece was smaller then the bun and it was very dry. I had requested extra dill sauce on the sandwich which there was not really any, it was so dry that I could have choked on it. Not sure what happened with this sandwich but it was very disappointing.
The two pasta dishes ordered were excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to eat today and my server Jordan made the experience so enjoyable! She had a positive attitude and was quick with her service. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of today and I left feeling like I dined at a five star restaurant! Will definitely be coming back ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t have a pleasant experience this time as when I was served the food the server told me I have 15 minutes to finish the food as they are closing seems like they made sudden decision to close early. He even brought the to go box with food so I can pack it right away ..wow?.. just ruined the whole vibe …on top served me cold Thai chicken strips and almost burned dark brown cactus chips … ?
