★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location looks a little more upscale than other locations. Staff are friendly. I just wish they would put some seats back on the floor. Have to go into the dressing room area to try on footwear, which I find very inconvenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My visit to Penningtons today was to browse their clearance section in the hope of finding a couple of bras. To my surprise, they did!!! Walked out of there with 2 bras and only paid $32!!! It pays off to receive their emails and learn of their sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What little staff the had was very knowledgeable. Great sales. Definitely one of my go to places for clothes if I am looking for classic basics. Not the place to go if you are looking for something a little more fun and adventurous.

No one greeted me, my arm hurt from carrying about 10 items - I had to seek out an associate to provide me with a room so I could keep shopping. I had a dozen items and not once was I asked how I was doing and I had questions. I'm going to stick to the Pembina location - greatest staff who love their customer and the fashion associate is always nearby to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly staff when I went with my mom. There was no one else in the store and we were barely acknowledged. I asked if the changing rooms were open (due to social distancing and covid they're closed in some stores) she said rudely I have to wait at some line then someone will help me. She was also rude to her coworker the whole time she was cashing out our 100$ purchase on 2 items. Awkward and uncomfortable experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always, I loved my shopping excursion. Stock was low, whether because of covid or the merge with Add Elle, I don't know. I am a little unhappy that they might change the store too much. I love their active wear for comfort and reliability and will continue going back for it. Great stuff!

The store seemed bigger than it actually was due to how everything was displayed. Can't say much about the quality of their products as I never got anything for myself lol.
