Our spacious studio space includes over 12,000 sq ft with generous change rooms and shower facilities. Practice in confidence knowing that your safety and wellbeing is foremost on our minds; we are committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation now and always.
Our certified instructors walk their talk and have hundreds of hours of teacher training (at least 500+ training hours each!) and decades of combined experience.

The facilities here are nice, when they are in good working order (not always, by a long shot).
Instruction is a mixed bag - some great teachers, some not so much, and some programs that operate in an instructional vacuum (Mysore).
Overall, this a very pricey studio that offers a pretty average experience - it really doesn't matter how great the showers are if the classes aren't up to snuff.
Many other studios in Winnipeg that give you much more bang for your buck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just in Winnipeg for work for a few days and took the 7am hot yin class. Gorgeous studio, amazing instructor, beautiful surrounding. The temp in the room was perfect and the entire studio smells like lemongrass. I'm so impressed. That class was the best part of my trip so far. Thank you!
