★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who doesn't handle heat well I never thought I would be in a hot room voluntarily. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! The classes are challenging in the best way, and you really do feel good coming out of class at the end. It's a workout your body will thank you for all week. What really makes this place special though are the staff - they are caring, helpful, and very approachable, even to someone like me with no experience. Some classes are dark so no need to feel self conscious, and if you're worried about sweating too much don't fear - if I'm there I'll have you beat every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience so far with Modo Yoga has far exceeded my expectations. Everyone is welcoming and guides you through all your poses with ease. As a beginner I was very nervous but realized quickly there’s no need to be, every teacher I’ve had has been great at explaining each pose and gently guides you through to the next. The facility is clean and well kept which is inviting. Best choice I’ve made!

I feel like Modo handled everything well during the pandemic and I’m very happy to be back and practicing in this wonderful space again. The clarity, focus and benefits to the body from regular yoga practice are a tool every athlete should have in their regimen for best possible performance and recovery.
