★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an excellent Yoga Class to attend in Hamilton! I love the small personalized classes. Dina takes such good care of her students and provides personal attention to those with limitations, modifying poses according to their condition. I took the six week introductory and am now signed up for the 10 week course over the summer. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breathing space yoga is a hidden gem here isin Hamilton. Dine the owner is a beautiful soul. She offers everything from yoga, meditation classes, acupuncture, Reiki and more! I've been using her yoga services for the past year now and I would never go anywhere else. Her classes are small, she is dedicated to help you one on one and and ensures you get the poses right, and I love that it is non-competitive. When you walk into her studio you are welcomed by such positive energy and everyone who goes there are so nice and welcoming. I Highly recommended breathing space yoga and would rate more then 5 stars if I could!
