★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to practice yoga. Many classes available to fit my schedule. I like how supportive the atmosphere feels and the silence in the practice room. At first I was a bit apprehensive about the heat of the Modo yoga classes, but found the temperature quite enjoyable (especially in the winter months). Will definitely keep going to the studio as there are many benefits to a regular yoga practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful and warm studio where the instructors and staff are focused on providing the best possible experience. Very considerate of the environment also, if you forgot your water bottle you can borrow a canteen.
Change rooms, lockers and showers available as well as purified water filters to complete the experience. I definitely recommend this studio to beginner or expert yogi alike. This place is popular so if you want to secure a spot near the wall or corner, come early! Having said that, the room wasn’t crowded and was a perfect way for me to end the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really loving Modo! All the teachers are really great. I enjoy how the classes are structured, I feel pushed and at the end of the class I feel really great. Stephanie, Jess and Ashley are all great teachers that I have had very often and I go out of my way to attend their classes! I like that nothing is a competition and you are just there to do your yoga practice and challenge yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful studio and every staff is very welcoming! It was my first time coming back to a yoga studio since the lockdown and they are all taking the safety precautions and never felt more safe.
Shoutout to Brendan for an amazing class!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great studio and instructors. The studio itself has really nice natural light and it’s super easy to get to. I can usually find free parking too which is a win in Toronto! Just all around awesome people working here. Very welcoming!

I’ve found the classes and teachers all fantastic so far. There is a nice range of teaching styles and a variety of times throughout the day.
The desk staff are really lovely and helpful as well!
