M	Mandana niknejad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed their outdoor classes this summer and what struck me the most about this studio is how friendly, accommodating, accountable and responsive were ALL the staff that I communicated with. The classes were very well organized and managed during COVID and all the safety protocols were observed so you could ride with peace of mind. The instructors and equipment are also great. I really recommend this studio and wish them the best.

I love the open, friendly and positive environment of the club that I think helps newcomers to the exercise feel comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend Brett's classes as he goes the extra mile to connect with his class - whether that's giving individual pointers to improve your form, and pushing you to work hard! I personally felt like this makes their classes stand a part from other classes in the city, and I feel like it's really helped me improve. Their spin room is also great - loud music, lighting, and AIR CONDITIONING. Also, I respect that they have options for mandatory vaccinated classes to protect their members.

Perhaps I missed the subtle signs, but if you are a person of colour, strict adherence to the instructors' instructions are required. In other words, the constant message to " listen to your body" is a privilege accorded only for white folks. Another striking stat, is the all- Caucasian cast of 8 instructors, which speaks to their commitment to diversity and the type of patrons they prefer. People of colour should avoid this studio unless they are willing to put up with racist micro- aggressions.
