When I told her I always used a specific shade she told me this colour would be fine. I lamented for a while, but she assured me it would be a nice warm colour. I looked like a copper top battery. When I went back to tell her she said I should have dyed my hair the original colour I had suggested in the first place. When I told her that was the colour I was going to purchase, but was told to get this one she said it wasn't her responsibility if it turned out wrong. Nice. Then I tried to exchange unused shampoo and conditioner purchased the same day and she said she wouldn't without the receipt. I won't go back due to the exceptionally poor customer service.

Janine answered all of the questions I had and was so informative that I felt completely at ease and booked my appointment on the spot. Am I ever glad I did. My eyebrows look fantastic. I loved collaborating with Janine during the whole process and really appreciated her professionalism and openness during the procedure. Hey Janine...the women at the office LOVE the new brows. I'm pretty sure a couple of them are lining up to go in and get theirs done too. Thank again!!!!

They have a lot of signage up about salon services, and appear to be set up as a salon, but whenever I have inquired to staff (who are always extremely surly, unpleasant and present angrily) they are curt and offer little assistance. Product selection is poor. It really is a shame because I pass this store regularly and had hoped they would carry more but this is one of the worst beauty supply stores I have ever been to, and I still made a purchase there. I will never be going back and strongly do not recommend. The worst part of the experience is how rude and negative the sales associates are. Don't even bother.
x	xabnx _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this shop. I find the staff super helpful and I find they have lots of product knowledge on all the different brands of hair care they carry. I have curly hair and I am always able to find some of the best curly hair products such as the AG and the Curl Keeper products that are harder to find in the city. They recommended one of the renters to me that rents a spot in the salon and i was very pleased with my brows! I highly recommend this shop!

G	Gen Smiley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The location is super convenient. Even if you don't live in Riverdale/Greek Town, it's literally a 30 second walk from Chester subway station. Their product selection is excellent. You can tell that Cryselle, the owner has really thought through everything on those shelves because she only carries products THAT WORK!! Every hair styling product I've bought here have been total game-changers for me and they're not the easiest ones to find either! Of course, needless to say, the customer service here is AMAZING! They also have hairstyling and even lash extension services here which I'm thinking of trying it too. I can't recommend this place enough :)
