My friend and I had to get a very last minute wedding dress and we called ahead to ask about sizes and the very kind woman had all the possible dresses ready for us when we arrived. She went out of her way to collect anything that we needed for the wedding and got us in and out as fast as possible. It was very clear that her priority was customer service and was very patient with us. Thank you so much for making our day as perfect as possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say... Beautiful dresses but was disappointed that some of the dresses were basically see through or had stains inside them. Otherwise the service is amazing and selection has a lot of variety to choose from. I got my wedding dress there and was very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to return an unworn chiffon hijab 2 days after it was bought as it was defective with pulled strings on one whole side that was not noticed after folding. Not worn at all, and could not even wear it for Eid plans as it was defective. It was our mistake for not inspecting the hijab fully before purchasing, however, the male worker accused me of causing the defects and did not believe that they would sell such a hijab. He literally stated “we would not sell this hijab like this” and essentially made it seem like I caused it despite being presented in the exact bag with the literal receipt and the hijab having the branded ModestWear logo.
I really didn’t appreciate the accusation from the owner that I would return a worn item as this is not islamically correct. As well, mid-conversation, the other worker did show the male worker a defective exact hijab that another customer returned with defective pulled strings.I would not have made this review if I was not accused of returning a worn hijab which is slanderous on one’s integrity. As an Islamic company this is a shameful act. I have been supporting ModestWear for years and have spent hundreds on bridesmaids dresses, hijabs, etc., and unfortunately this is the last time I will be shopping here. They need to work on their customer service skills and I am deeply dissatisfied on how this situation was handled and will be not promoting this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went in today to get a dress for my friends wedding and the lady was so mean and gave me a lot of anxiety MY HANDS WERE SHAKING. i support all muslim businesses and will make dua for theirs, but the way she spoke to us was so rude and disgraceful which made us want to leave the store. I did not damage a dress or sweep the store with it, please fix your customer service, wishing you all the barakah :(((( - from a customer who just wanted feel welcomed

Not professional at all, very bad customer service, and stupid policy!!
No Exchange or return, you can’t even put anything on hold, and you can only try on one dress maximum!!!! Because their dresses are so cheap, they might break!!!
I was trying to find a dress for my engagement! And they won’t let me try more than one dress!
Because they saw me coming many times to their store browsing, or bringing a friend or a family member to buy.
Instead of appreciating me advertising and referring friends and family to their store to buy!!!! they assumed that I was coming many times trying on and not buying, which was not the case!!! And I felt disrespected!!!!!
