★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lot & parking lot in general is a super busy especially on a weekend. If you know... you know. so imagine my surprise that I walked in on a Saturday night and found a table right away.
Ambiance: None.. you order food, wait, they call your # and you eat, when you are done, be courteous and put your plates away on the counter. There's always chaos during busy times, lines of individuals waiting for food so I guess that could be the "ambiance". It is clean place, all tables were quickly cleaned.
Service: Fast & efficient, they have vast knowledge of the menu and can provide suggestions.
Food: Mantu - my goodness, these little beef filled dumplings were oozing with flavor. The lentils, the sauce & yogurt absolutely delicious.
Chicken breast sandwich - the chicken was very flavorful and great portion size wrapped in a soft naan bread.
Steak - the steak it self was a bit dry but I guess that is what is the sauce is for. The kabuli rice & salad was tasty pairings with the steak.
Chai - Warm, cardamon chai! Perfect end to the meal.
I had forgotten about Bamiyan but was thoroughly pleased with the food & chai. Will definitely be visiting again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious and fresh. Portion can be added a bit more. Ordered Choppan Kabob and and Tandoori Chicken Kabob. Sauces were great. Less wait time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexpensive tasty and delicious food with large portions and short wait times. Friendly and fast staff. Tried their Choppan Kebabd ( Marinated Lamb Chops) which was well seasoned. The dinner platter comes with 2 sauces , salad , rice and 1 naan enough for a single person to eat. Definitely would visit them again.

I’ve been eating at their different locations since 2010 and nothing but delicious food and best Afghani meals I have ever tasted (I am not Afghani). My favourite 2 meals from them is the Lamb chops and Kofta Kabob.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bamiyan Kabob is never a disappointment. The food is always delicious, appropriate portions and well spiced. The naan is always fresh, slightly crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. The restaurant inside is always clean and immaculate. Service is quick and friendly.
No credit card through, cash and debit only so just be prepared.
10/10 would recommend this restaurant.
