★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad ordered a 3-piece combo and a 2-piece combo from this location and their chicken smelled rotten. I called to let them know that this was unacceptable and asked for compensation so they gave me a refund. They also repacked a new order but I had the exact same problem with the chicken. The Popeyes location in heartland and derry village is so much better. Don’t bother with this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a fast food place, you certainly get your money's worth here in volume of food. The best part is that they don't even charge a premium for white meat unlike KFC. Worth a stop if you haven't tried it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to try Popeyes for the first time. I had a few coupons, so the Owner kindly entered two separate transactions to allow me to use both coupons. Once we sat down, he came over and brought two cups and offered us free drinks from his fountain machine. Such a lovely gesture by the owner! Great service to go along with the meal.

He said the ladies working were lovely.
The chicken and sides were fresh and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed a very large order over the phone on May 19th, and as promised the food was ready on time. They were very kind and respectful during my visit. They even called after the order was picked up to make sure everything was included and if there was any thing they could help with in the future. Hats off to the staff working that day, made the whole visit very smooth. Will be back here soon.
