★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious! Mary Browns just does it right, the chicken is full of flavour and never too greasy. The tenders are juicy and extremely tasty. Of course I can forget the tater tots! Have them with some gravy and you won't regret it. The staff are amazing, friendly and have a great vibe. My food took minutes to be come out and it was hot and fresh which was great. Overall well kept location, I am a local so I will be visiting frequently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the seasoning of their fried chicken, but the skin was not crispy at all.
Maybe their oil wasn't hot enough so the skin end up being soggy instead of being crispy.
Same thing with their fries, it wasn't crispy enough.
Very disappointed since I drove all the way from Kipling and Lake Shore for this. I was excited to see that there will be a new store at Dixie/Bloor, but if it's going to be soggy fried chicken, then I'll pass and get fried chicken from Popeyes instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this location. Great service, staff is helpful and polite, they always serve the food hot and fresh. Shout out to Nazereen (i apologize if it's the wrong spelling) I called in because I wanted t change my order i placed on the app, she was EXTREMELY helpful , she even called me back to fix my order. Her customer service was exceptional. She went above and beyond and i thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first time at a Mary Brown's Chicken and Taters restaurant and it was a very pleasant as well as informative experience... our server / cashier ( I didn't got her name and I didn't bother to ask ) was what you look for in a worker when you are trying out a new fast food joint. Team in the back were great as well since our food came out awesome.
We got a mix of regular and spicy, chicken with taters coleslaw and gravy. The chicken was juicy, had good colour with fresh oil, and seasoned just right. Our little server lady gave us some tips and facts about their gravy being plant base and not flour and she was right all natural you could taste the difference from the competition we'll definitely go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is what $22 gets you. Not a whole lot. 4 pieces of chicken. A small helping of fries. 3 bites of macaroni salad and southern wedges. The spicy chicken looked like the season is sprinkled on top. It should be cooked in with the batter. The drumstick was good tasting chicken. The thigh was rubbery. What appeared to be breast was ok but no flavour to it. The seasoning had no flavour and the skin had no crunch. The southern wedges had a good flavour. I defiantly will not return to this fast food establishments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to try this and both the chicken and taters tasted so good! Tasted very natural and the chicken was not greasy at all. You can tell that potatoes are the real potatoes. Would come back again and highly recommended. Staff friendly and fast service.
