★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RUN AWAY NOW! Save yourself the stress and years on your life that you will spend on the phone with their agents. My company uses them as a technical support line and it is incredibly frustrating (very much like negotiating with your cellphone provider). Not all, but many of the agents misdiagnose problems, misdirect calls, they can be rude or do not speak clearly, and you can get sent on the run around. There is a severe lack of continuity when it comes to following up on problems such that you end up repeating yourself many times to multiple people. I wish negative stars existed.
Every once and a while you are lucky enough to get a great agent that knows what they are doing. They are helpful, courteous, and follow up on problems but those agents are like mythical creatures and I feel bad that they are overshadowed by the overwhelming number of poorly trained ones.
