This company is ridiculous. Marcus Welk from Netsuite has been spamming my company daily trying to sell us on their nonsense solutions. I told them we are not interested yet he still calls and emails all the time. He even started sending emails to other people in my company. This is pure spam. I had to block his whole organization in my firewall. Very unethical business practice.

When I was shopping software – their competition verbatim told me, β€œNetSuite will hand you over to a developer and you won’t get any help from them going forward”. I didn’t believe it as I figured NetSuite would be just as invested as keeping us as a satisfied and happy customer. And yet, that is exactly what happened. One year and 3 months after purchase not only do I not have working software - the bad installation has cost us thousands and thousands of dollars in lost revenue. And their only acknowledgement is, "this is a developer problem (a developer they brought to the table); not ours." We are counting the days until our contract runs out.

Very disappointed with the product. If I could rate it negative stars, I would. Nearing one year into the contract and we are still not set up properly, taxes still not programmed correctly after working for months to get them sorted out. When I initially reach out for help to the person from Netsuite who set it up (incorrectly), I was advised that they are out of contract and speak with the help desk. For example HST was not programmed into our set up although we are based in Ontario and HST is not new to the province. Took many emails and messages for help desk to recognize that the help section was not even properly set up. Little hard to reach out to someone or something that isn't accessible to you. To date, some invoices still fail when attempting to transmit to trading partner. Program still can't do something simple like upload a bank statement for reconciliation. Training is non existent until you want to participate in paid training. Suppose to help automate and reduce work load, but from February to April, my work load doubled and would likely still be double if we didn't hire an assistant. Account managers try to help but tell me their hands are tied. Honestly feel like we have wasted the better part of the year and thousands of dollar to just have to start again with a new program. Not a happy camper and as I have been told by others, not a good advertisement for the company.

Their Fox radio ad says "Don't be a bean counter". What is so wrong with people of 3rd world countries that sort coffee beans by hand. Also seems pretty racist towards Mexico.
