Twice in a row they’ve failed. 1st time they left my package out which was stolen and second time they didn’t even try to contact me when I was home the whole time. They just didn’t even bother to deliver and sent is back. So save your money.
A	Ayushi Chowtee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This isn’t the first time! I never gave my buzzer code! I’ve emailed Apple Express as well call! They said they can’t do anything! I got items from Boohoo and the courrier left it at my door in my building apartment! Unsure how he got in as I never provided my buzzer code! He should have left it in the mailbox! We have different sizes of mailboxes! They lied under their agreement! They said they will deliver it personally and if unable to reach they will call or try 3 times delivering the products! This never happened! Instead they left it at my door, the building has huge sign of do not leave parcel at door due to people stealing it! My parcel got stolen and Apple Express said they cannot refund or do anything! Their courrier made a mistake and they should solve it! This company is bias for any company to use as their courrier for shipping
M	Mustafa Karim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an Amazon package from USA, after 2 weeks of waiting, I was very angry when this trash courier messed up the delivery. The delivery driver, did NOT leave the package at front door, instead he left it in front of my garage in the rain. Very lazy driver with no respect for customer’s package. I could have ran over the small package if I didn’t see it backing my car out, and because he left it in the rain, it was completely wet as well. Absolutely terrible delivery company.

A	Ava Whalen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This courier service is absolutely dreadful. I have zero clue why indigo started having orders delivered by them. Placed an order and it was supposed to be delivered on a Friday. Tracking didn’t update for two days, so I reached out via email. Didn’t get a response for another two days. They apparently couldn’t locate my parcel in their “warehouse” so I had to contact indigo to have another item shipped out. I am crossing my fingers they don’t lose this one too. I can see why their reviews are so terrible on yelp. Absolutely horrible.
D	Dustin Blank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shipper left an expensive power tool in an obvious box on the front porch without knocking. It was pouring rain and box was soaked, luckily tool inside had plastic covering and the water did not get into the tool itself. Amazon has standing delivery information to leave boxes between front door and screen door at side of house, not sitting on the front porch for everyone to see. Luckily we had a visitor and they noticed the box sitting outside when they left so it was not stolen before it was brought in. I have attached a photo that the delivery company sent showing their incompetence, as well as a photo of the product after it was brought in. The box itself was quite mushy and starting to peel. EDIT: sadly I've received another package through the shipper, once again they have outdone themselves with bad service. They not only failed to follow delivery instructions leaving the package in the middle of my front porch again, but the package itself was damaged.
M	Michael Allen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was expecting a package the following week and it arrived early on the Friday. Said it was delivered at 2pm on the Friday and I was home the entire time. I went out the door at 3-4 pm and I saw nothing at my door. It wasn't until the next day I got an email indicating the package was delivered. A picture was displayed but as of this writing I still have not received the package and is more than likely stolen I was not given an option to have this delivered to a drop off point and I did not receive a courtesy knock at all which could have ensured I had actually received the package. Absolutely careless how this was handled

I ordered from two separate sellers on eBay, the only thing in common was that Apple Express was responsible for bringing them to my door. Both boxes were smashed to such a degree that the contents were damaged. The proof of delivery photos are at the end. One an extreme closeup to avoid showing the damage, but you can still see the box is crushed. The other is an angle that hides the fact these boxes were absolutely smashed. Extremely unimpressed, and would like to have the value of my purchases refunded.
