Logisitics company has NO clue what to do in their business, I call about a missing package that they are suppose to handle, confirmed with the shipper that it landed in canada, they dont have the decency to check anything whatsoever except pull the UPS tracking that I gave them, thank you for telling me information Ive been looking up for a week. They refer me to the shipper and HAVE NO IDEA what to do when the shipper tosses the ball in their court. I would advise staying away from this company for your business needs in any capacity. I give them 1 star because they answered the phone, even though it was to tell me nothing except not my problem.

So this is what happened with us and Triple Eagle Logistics. We paid them on January 19th, then they told us that our package would ship today and arrive at our Toronto location in 10 DAYS. 10 days later, they told us it is 10 BUSINESS DAYS, so we waited again. As of today, February 2nd, exactly 10 business days after, nothing arrives. And we called multiple times to try to see what happened, when they finally answered the phone, they refused to check but asked us to send emails, and then we did but NO RESPONSE from them. Since this package is SUPER URGENT for us, we drove from Toronto to their office at Mississauga. And this is what they said β€œThe package is now sitting at Vancouver airport since Jan 24th, and they cleared customs on Friday Jan 29th” which means it took them A WEEK to do customs clearance. (??? face) It's now Tuesday Feb 2nd, they still HAVE NOT PICKED up the packages from the airport to their warehouse yet. We asked when will you do so, they said β€œWE DON'T KNOW. WE ARE STILL PLANNING” Since it is very urgent and important, we asked them if we can fly to Vancouver and get it either at the airport or their warehouse. Then they said β€œNO, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE.” The last time I heard the word β€˜impossible’ was on Jan 19th when they told us it is impossible to not arrive within 10 days. We tried to discuss with them and find a solution, but they shut the door, and ignored my doorbell rings, so we kept ringing for several times, a guy's voice came out from the bell saying β€œwe don't open, you can get police to come and see if they would open for you.” (??? face again) WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I work with Kitty often and find her to be diligent and punctual in her communication. I would have no problem recommending her services. We also have to remember that she plays the middle role, and does not have control over all the forces that be.

Save yourself some grief!! Find another logistics company. Had a small shipment leave China June 2021 and FINALLY just received it today March 21, 2022. From what little I could find out, it was stuck in customs. Not for that many months. Communication with them is almost no existent. Will not answer calls or emails. Had to give this one star so it would post, but they get no stars.
