★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a custom project in hopes of making our NetSuite financial reporting more efficient; in 6 months, we found out not only has the project failed in making it any efficient, but it is causing more difficulties. We tried to communicate with the engagement team to fix the problem, and the feedback from ERP Buddies was paying more $$ to have someone to review the issue. What an irresponsible team.
After we refused to sign the SOW to pay more $$, the team including the IT director and Salesperson do not answer our communication -- Irresponsible and unprofessional!!!
I would not recommend them.
