★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they are basically a thief, like virus. I had two mortgage with them, with high rate and fee and I have no Nsf cheques. I just forgot the renewal, they never called me or email or talk to my lawyer. suddenly I got a registers latter saying they want enforced the mortgage. I called them mediately and said willing to renew or discharge, instead of answering their lawyer send me a letter with adding so many expenses, leangle fee, penalty and without renewing charging renewal fee. one of the worse experience, I am in process of fighting back.
