Don’t buy a shoes from here they have very bad return and exchange policy, even we struggle for sizes for boys shoes never recommend to buy these products

What an amazing customer experience I’ve had over the past 9 years with GEOX. It’s true that buying experiences are based on customer experience 1st and then quality of a product and some other factors as well. However, I can tell you that GEOX has got them all. People like; Ms. Pina Burzese from customer service at Mississauga 2110 Matheson Blvd store who worked hard, stayed connected with and the emails & calls we exchanged in order to fix my jacket issue and finally got it done. ? Oh God, I just can’t find words to thank you Pina. I’ll definitely remain a loyal customer who’ll come again & again for ur product & customer service as well ? Abe

I wish that I read these VERY RECENT reviews before I made the tragic mistake of ordering from the website. Don't get me wrong, Geox products are fantastic. This isn't a critical review of the product or the in store experience but online... Yikes. First of all, if anyone is thinking of ordering online from the Geox website, please make sure that a) that is the item that you want and will go through with the transaction to the very end or b) make sure that you are absolutely sure that you put in the right size, customer info and all that. If you fail at any of these, you're in for a frustrating experience. I wish I can rate Geox Online a 0, but I can't. Why you ask? Here's a quick-ish list: 1. The only CSR is pretty rude and doesn't really care about you. It's basically, that's the policy so you have to live with it. No apology whatsoever or anything to salvage the relationship. 2. If you ask for a manager or supervisor, don't bother. She'll put you on a brief hold and lie and say that there's none available. 3. Apparently there's a 60 minute grace period where you can TRY to cancel before your order is locked (since processing is so fast.... Right.) No one would know this generally because they don't tell you explicitly but you can find this important nugget of information in the legal link in the footer. You're welcome. The CSR will make sure she proves you wrong in sharing that with you. Even though she says that, everywhere else says that once you place your order you CANNOT cancel and according to the legal link, within 60 minutes, they can TRY to assist you. So in the end, cancellation is not guaranteed and you get the last laugh by throwing that back in her face. 4. You CANNOT return the item to the store. Online and in-store act completely independently. So if you got the wrong size or just aren't satisfied, you have to call them for a return authorization and label and send it back to them. They'll be happy to do that since well, they can't and won't do anything else. That's probably why they only have one person on the phones. In short, if you have a choice, go to the store and have them order it for you if what you want is not in the store. I know, the locations may not be convenient for you, but it will save you the headache. Trust me. But if you have no choice or just simply prefer to shop online, if you plan to shop on the Geox site, keep these points in mind. The moment you place that order, unless you act quickly to try to cancel, that's it. They'll even leave you with the bag if THEY are the ones to make a mistake. My order is still processing, by the way.

The customer service of Geox is very bad so be careful before buying the product. Any stores of Geox do not accept any returns that are placed online with a reason that they act separate to the Geox which is so strange. I placed online order of size 48 jacket but they sent size 58 instead with a reason that they are Italian company so any US size 48 they automatically convert into size 58 and send it. When I called customer service and the representative was so rude. If this is how they operate than I am certain that this brand will shut down and don't deserve to operate in Canada.

Customer service is terrible with Geox Canada. You can't return in store, you are charged shipping fees to return an item. I bought an item and it went on sale before it even arrived, they would not refund the difference. CSR on the phone are very rude. I'm sorry Geox, these are not acceptable business practices nowadays.
