β β β β β Improper hiring practices in place. No procedures followed. No professionalism shown by their front-end staff and recruiters. The health and safety department is unaware of the protocols. They'll lead the potential hires on, let them spend their money on getting various tests (drug tests, police checks), even call them in to attend the orientation, and later on, tell the potential hires that the company cannot hire the person because of the company's own recruiting/health and safety staffs' neglection of going through the paperwork in the first place. Extremely high level of unprofessionalism and neglection, despite of it being such a big company. To GIGG- You make potential employees, who are loyal at their jobs and hardworking in their profession, lose faith in employers, and it just reinstates that you are a bad employer.

β β β β β Lowest pay rate. Nowadays new forklift operator gets 20-22$/hour but they're paying general labour rate to professional truck drivers. Shame on such a company

Simply bad company! trucks are in bad conditions, they charge you extra 3 times if you get a ticket and five times for the smallest of collision. get ready to work for them if you are willing to pay them 1500 dollars to 3000 dollars every couple of months. To cut the long story short, you work for them and pay them too..... ! Join today if you are willing to do this charity for these poor millionaires.

β β β β β i have experienced very low pay rate USA Texas run as compare to all GTA companies. they are paying only 46 cent solo driver and do not pay if you stay anywhere stuck in waiting rather it is 24 hour waiting.

β β β β β One of the worst company I have ever worked for. They didnβt pay me for wages. Very unprofessional, never appreciate the good work but once unfortunately you made a mistake they take off all your (2 weeks ). Think twice before working with them

β β β β β Gigg Express is a horrible trucking company, both as an entity and an employer. The company is run by incompetent, unprofessional individuals, who doesn't understand the needs of their trucks. Poor drivers and mechanics, they hire people based on low wages and not skills. They believe mechanics and drivers can be easily found, and won't hesitate to replace you as soon as they find someone who is willing to work for less. I highly recommend to not use their service nor be employed by them

β β β β β Had an appointment to unload two days ago for unload @ 11am, was on time. Seem like really pleasant to deal with unfortunately something is really wrong here, I'm still in a door getting unloaded . Really don't understand what the issue is. They should work on this. Atleast there's a bathroom for me to use.
