They spent much more time on cleaning than a previous company did, giving me confidence that the job was done correctly. The price was worth it for piece of mind. They did not try to upsell. And they were friendly and funny, so a mundane maintenance chore became an actual pleasure. I would definitely recommend Modern Pureair and this particular team.

They did an amazing job making sure the vent was thoroughy clean, giving me peace of mind that there is no duct problem. . I was very impressed by their courteous and caring manner and would highly recommend them for this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeff’s crew was very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning our ducts, bathroom fans, and dryer vent. They arrived on time, finished quickly, were sensitive to the safety and comfort of our pets, and didn’t leave a mess in the house. We will hire them again for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today two of your technicians attended my home to assist me to change a polarized media filter that was installed into my furnace in November 2021. It was a 3 month service call. I have extreme sensitivity to indoor allergens and also was very uncomfortable changing this media filter myself. Brett and James were both extremely professional but friendly and empathetic to my health condition. I really appreciated the care they took to remove the old filter and immediately dispose of it outside my home. They also showed me how to remove and exchange old filters going forward as well as took time to advise me of the JADE air machine without obligation to purchase. I highly recommend these techs and Purair. I give them 5/5 for courtesy, professionalism and friendly customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greg and his team were punctual, respectful, and communicated updates with me throughout the services. They answered all of my questions and took the time to explain things thoroughly. They took great care to not track dirt through my home and were sure to move their equipment carefully.
They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Purair to clean my house. James was my service guy, he did an excellent job. They were on time and very professional.
He found a rip in coil attached to the dryer and fixed it and might have prevented a fire. Great work!
I recommend them highly. Oh and they were priced lower than the other companies I called.

They were a professional, courteous and organized team that worked together well. It only took a few minutes per unit. Also they were safety conscious. They are good representatives of this business.
