K	Kevin Rawlins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my furnace inspected when it failed, was told it need a circuit board , called Fagnans as they were a Bryant dealer , told them I need a circuit board installed, gave them the part numbers , they sent a technician out , he arrived without a circuit board and reinspected told me I needed a circuit board and charged me $175???? , then quoted me $800 for a new board , waited 4 days with out heat and then they installed the new board and I was charged another $1100, ???? , so much for the $800 quote

M	Monica Pontes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience. Still waiting for them to call me back after I had requested to speak to the manager again. They installed my furnace & humidifier in Oct 2020. First they mis-quoted me and blamed it on the new system so I overlooked it and decided to move forward anyway. On install day, the humidifier started smoking before they left so they installed a different one that same day. They installed the intake/outtake valves over my path even though the paper work stated where they should be located. See photos of their handy work. I couldn't even get my lawn mower past this without going into my bushes and the condensation in winter would be a nightmare. They also left quite the mess out there. The tech argued with me and said it was fine. The field manager had even came and signed off but he had left already. I called in and complained to Ken, and he sent the same guy back to fix the issue and patch the 2 extra holes I now have in the side of my house. Fast forward to heat wave of 2021 and not only does the fan not work but I notice rust forming when I removed the front panel to investigate. Turns out the fan wasn't connected at all. They sent a new tech that couldn't be bothered to connect it to my thermostat properly so now I have an ugly light switch on the side of my brand new $4K+ furnace. When they came back to fix the fan issue, they were also supposed to repair an elbow pipe that hadn't been sealed properly and screws had started to rust. See photo. I called back a month later for the "back ordered part" and they had no record of anything. They came out yet again to fix that. Waiting for the next thing to fail...
