★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These folks are friendly and know a lot about water. I'm in my late 60's and have been drinking distilled for more than 35 years so when my old beast died, I got a new one. There's not much maintenance but I get my descaler and charcoal from them and it's good to know if anything does go wrong, there's competent people to fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have owned a water distiller for 25 years. I do get it maintained every 6 months and the cost of this service is minimal thanks to H20 Know. I never worry that I will be over charged as Steve and Roy(RIP) are stand up guys! They know my distiller and I love that! They replace parts only when needed I have never questioned their integrity. I trust this company for my drinking water and do recommend H20know!

I was very fortunate and found Steve Jarmics. He was excellent to deal with and very knowledgeable on these appliances. I highly recommend Steve to anyone who needs repairs. Thanks again Steve !
