Pretty disappointed for the amount of money we spent here. We would have been better off choosing steaks from Safeway. When you go to a butcher shop, you expect quality. If you're looking for something fresh and tasty, go elsewhere.

W	Warren Rohl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recently in to buy some steaks... First off they were frozen. A butcher shop that advertises itself as being fresh, gives you frozen meat. When I defrosted the meat, I noticed right away huge chunks of fat that needed to be properly trimmed off. You pay a premium price to go to a butcher shop, and they can't even properly trim the unnecessary fat off. Then the steaks ended up being tough, sinewy, and stringy. Even after trying to salt and dry age the steaks for 24 hours, they still couldn't be salvaged. Never going back. Safeway would have better cuts of meat.

All local products, made in house. Absolutely fantastic! Went for some steaks to celebrate my birthday and they were delicious!! Definitely will be back, also can’t wait to try the jerk we picked up!

The cuts of steak I got were amazing! The owner Jim is an awesome guy too, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking this place out.
