★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome! I just took one of the sausage making classes and it was great. The instructor (Mark Miller) is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions. The training session was very hands on and we even left with a package of each type of sausage we made in the classroom. The training is great because they use products available in the store so it makes the decision making very easy. All staff were great and very friendly.
There selection of product was excellent. I will be a repeat customer.

The manual sausage stuffer worked like a charm and was simple to load and operate, as well as easy to clean. We pressed over a 100 lbs of sausage without a problem.
Will definitely be back to the online store, and likely drop by the physical store next time I'm through Edmonton or Calgary.
