Got my 2014 civic front end here due to rock chips. They did a great clean job, would highly recommend.

The owner is totally unprofessional. He doesn't know to treat customer att all. Owner was completely irritated for just asking questions about the services.

Our experience was absolutely first class. Our 2007 Honda Civic had that horrible issue that a few models from that era had, where the clear coat peels off in the sun leaving the car looking like it has a skin-disease. After talking to many people and doing a lot of research on the internet, we resigned ourselves to the fact that it would not be easy to fix and would certainly not be something that we could do ourselves. We contacted a lot of different businesses, and Mo was not only the quickest to respond, but also the friendliest and most up-front about what it would likely cost. We sent him some pictures, and he was able to give us a rough estimate of what would be needed to fix the issue. The price sounded good, so we drove it to their shop so that he and his dad could assess it properly. When we arrived, they were really welcoming and personable and gave us a detailed estimate of what it would cost to do each part. Rather than quoting us an exorbitant amount for doing a perfect job, they were very honest with us about not investing too much into a 14-year-old vehicle, and they worked with us to establish the areas of the car in most critical need of repair and agree on a very reasonable price. Over the course of the next seven days, Mo sent us updates on the progress of the work along with pictures, and we were very excited to see what the end-product would look like. When we arrived to collect it, we were not disappointed. They did such a great job on the car and even did a little bit extra at no extra cost. For example, the dashboard of the car was a little dusty, and they cleaned that, and they also buffed out the headlights (or worked some kind of magic) to make them transparent and shiny again. (They had previously been dull and almost opaque.) It's clear that they take pride in their work. For us, this place ticks all the boxes: quality, value, professionalism, honesty, integrity, transparency and friendliness. Thanks again, Mo!

Worst body shop ever! They ruined the paint on my $40k new truck. I came to the shop and asked to fix two small scratches on the bumper of my truck. Mo (the son of the shop owner) told me it is a small job and quoted me $200. I agreed and let him fix the scratches. I was shocked when I got the truck back: dust nibs are everywhere on the bumper, the paint line is not sanded and visible, the paint spray over are everywhere underneath the pastic cover around, the plastic around the bumper is damage due to polishing. I would have never let them touch my truck if I had known they would fix my truck like that. When I came back to confront with the owner, he told me because I paid $200 so he does not want to touch it. What the heck is going on? I never begged you guys to fix my truck for $200. The shop gave me the quote first, then did a sloppy micky mouse job, and now blaming me for not paying them enough to get the job done right. What kind of business is this? I'm willing to pay $2000 to get the job done right at another professional shop rather than spending money for this sketchy, dishonest and unprofessional business.
