Car seat rentals require a 72-hour cancellation notice. A cancellation/change notice does not take effect until confirmed by Ambassador Limousine Reservations Department. All reservations that request a vehicle outside of the Ambassador Limousine fleet are subject to the affiliate company’s cancellation/change policy. Examples of affiliate vehicles include motor coaches, cargo vehicles, and all bookings made through a national or worldwide affiliate. Vehicle types are subject to change without notice.

He notified us that he was on his way giving us time to get ready. He was early for both of our pick spots and was very courteous and polite. He was a pleasure to talk with. The limo was prestine inside and out and was well equipped for the evening festivities. The Christmas lights tour was such a wonderful evening and experience that we have already booked for next year. Thank you once again for the amazing evening.

I was told one price including GST and gratuity and when I got the invoice it had extra charges like GST and gas. The driver gave us no heads up as to when he was arriving. We booked the bus for an event and when we got on there was no music and the driver was so rude about it. We ended up asking to go straight there because we wanted off the bus so bad. I would never book with this company again and highly advise against booking here.

We had hired them back in 2018 on last minute notice so that my newborn son could come home from the hospital in style. Back on October 31, 2019 our daughter surprised us 2.5 months earlier and required a 96 day stay in the NICU. We knew immediately that our daughter could only go home in style as well. On extremely short notice we contacted Ambassador Limousine and Ace was super helpful in getting the ride organized for us. The company itself is extremely cautious when it comes to children and their safety, had we not had our own car seats they would have gladly provided us with the rental of some or an arrangement of some kind. This makes parents feel that extra comfort knowing the company goes above and beyond to ensure its clients' safety. On February 4, 2020 Jentry arrived at our home before schedule and was not only professional and courteous, but made our experience home an extremely pleasant one when our whole situation was an extremely difficult one from the start. Jentry went above and beyond to help us grab items from the NICU and load them in the limo. Both parents couldn't head up to the NICU as our son was also in the limo waiting enthralled with the experience. The limo was clean, stocked with water, perfect temperature and music playing. We definitely will be returning customers and will recommend this company to anyone and everyone that asks!!

We had three busses to shuttle our guests to the venue for the ceremony and then back to our reception the busses were clean and all the drivers were dressed very well. Everyone commented on the professionalism. My wife and the wedding Party had a stretch Limousine that was clean and the driver was fantastic for everyone as well. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future. Their vehicles as well as their drivers are above average and very easy to deal with. They provide top notch service at an affordable price.

It was very clean inside, the price was affordable, the driver was nice, only problem we had was that the bluetooth wasn’t working but other than that everything was great

The drivers were professional and kind. They were on time and had a great email system letting you know when the ride was on its way, when it has arrived and when it has departed. I highly recommend their services.
