I have had him work at both my home and rental property, as well as my colleagues rental properties. Tony is efficient, very fair, clearly VERY knowledgeable, and will jump to help if you are in a bind. Whether it is new work, repairs, or anything in between, Tony is the best. In a world where you need somebody you can trust, believe me when I say that Tony should be at the very top of your list for any plumbing projects.

Tony was responsive, professional, and did excellent work with transparent and fair pricing. The other reviews are definitely accurate, something you can never be sure of. If you need plumbing work done definitely put Modern Mechanical at the top of your call list. Will hire Tony again. Thank you!
